Job Summary
Support the Global Deployment Team across all areas of responsibility, as needed. Including but not exclusive to the following:
- Customer and Partner onboarding with its associated compliance requirements.
- Perform all aspects of CLM (contracts lifecycle management), including filing and data entry and contract administration, whilst developing and supporting CLM best practices.
- Update and maintain contract database, including new contracts, all variations and corrections as well as existing contracts, including databases within the related intranet archives held by Legal.
- Possess the ability to review contract documentation for specific contract terms and negotiate the same under oversight.
- Study the requirements, duties and obligations of AVI-SPL under its customer contracts to ensure alignment of partners with AVI-SPL’s obligations as well as its goals, internal requirements and industry regulations.
- Prepare contract change notices and/or variations and supervise contract executions in conformity to internal governance requirements and local statutes.
- Monitor contractor performance, including the reporting and status of contractor and owner deliverables, to ensure services conform to the contract requirements of our customers.
- Coordinate and assist in performance reviews with our partners and assist the Global Deployment Team in developing and maintaining relationships with independent customers and partners.
- Must possess the ability to work with operations, finance, credit, Risk, Procurement, IT, HR and legal as required to manage the internal review and approval process.
- Route contract requests to Global Deployment and/or Legal team members as appropriate
- Monitor Compliance of contracts and reporting to internal Business units.
- As needed, provide guidance on contract matters to other operational staff, including training to contract administrators and other employees in contracting practices and procedures
- Global Deployment and Contract process documentation and communication, including content development and distribution as well as global process support and data
- Assist Intl, Global Deployment Manager and VP, Global Deployment and Legal Team with strategic initiatives including special projects as needed.
Skills and Abilities
- Knowledge of maintenance or service contracts ideally in an IT or similar environment

- Able to travel within country and internationally if required

Education and/or Experience
Minimum of a High school Diploma or equivalent
- Minimum 5 years of experience with contract administrative
- Intermediate proficiency with demonstrated experience utilising office suite (Word, Excel, Powerpoint)
- Experience with both Sharepoint and Smartsheet experience
- Experience with Legal Documentation and Lifecycle.
