The Technical Support Representative (TSR) role is to provide technical support within the team. The TSR will provide service support for clients with the end goal of restoring functionality to client assets while delivering a world-class customer service experience. The role is also responsible for investigating, resolving, or escalating incidents as required. This position will act as the front line of support utilizing remote monitoring and management applications. They will help establish a “Center of Excellence” focused on the resolution of incidents detected through remote monitoring to drive uptime and adoption of managed devices within customer environments.

Coordination of preventative maintenance cases for customer care contracts. 

Responsible for final design configuration, confirmation of and detailed layout of equipment, and development and testing of specific system code for specific Audio-Visual systems integration projects. This will include coordination and assistance for any technical related questions with all project team resources during implementation to ensure projects achieve time, scope, budget, quality and customer satisfaction requirements.    Must know Scrubbing of BOQ

As a Site Supervisor at AVI-SPL you’ll oversee the on-site installation of integrated Audio-Visual systems and equipment as an individual contributor. Acting as the primary liaison between field teams, project managers, and clients, you’ll coordinate daily activities, oversee trade crews, and ensure all work meets project specifications, safety standards, and quality expectations. From project kickoff to closeout, you’ll keep operations on track, resolve issues as they arise, and ensure timely, high-quality delivery.

The Installation Manager is responsible for managing, leading and coordinating the fabrication and installation department, to ensure deliverables are on time, budget and meet AVI-SPL’s quality standards and best practices. The Installation Manager is also responsible for coordinating with Project Management and other department heads to ensure all internal engineering, CAD and programming deliverables are prepared for field engineering, shop, and installation activities. This role will also manage and coordinate external activities including all outsourced or sub-contract work in support of project installation activities.  As an Installation Manager, you will mentor all technical staff.

An Experiential Fleet Operations Technician Tier 4 is responsible for ensuring the optimal performance and reliability of our clients Global Experiential and Event Production Fleet. This role requires a strong technical background and proficiency in event technology, live streaming and broadcast technologies including IP based video, audio, control and lighting systems as well as IT system administration of Windows and Linux based systems and excellent comprehension of network protocols.
