Job Summary:    The AVI-SPL Onsite Maintenance Technician will work in partnership with the Customer, management team, Global Helpdesk, and SIG teams to provide on premises support for AVI-SPL customers at customer site(s) with the end goals of delivering a world-class Customer Service experience. 

The Symphony as a Service (SYaaS) Technical Service Representative (TSR) is the initial contact point for SYaaS customers for support. The TSR Level 1 will work with the SYaaS Support team to provide service support for clients, with the end goal of restoring functionality to client assets while delivering a world-class customer service experience. This position requires excellent customer service, organizational, time management, problem solving and interpersonal skills.

The AVI-SPL Technical Support Engineer (TSE) can be the initial or secondary contact point for AVI-SPL customers contacting our Global Help Desk.  The TSE Level 1 will work with the Global Help Desk to provide service support for clients, with the end goal of restoring functionality to client assets while delivering a world-class customer service experience. This position requires excellent customer service, organizational, time management, problem solving and interpersonal skills.  

Responsible for final design configuration, confirmation of and detailed layout of equipment, and development and testing of specific system code for specific Audio-Visual systems integration projects. The Senior Project Engineer will be able to carry out large scale, complex projects and provide mentorship other team Engineers. This will include coordination and assistance for any technical related questions with all project team resources during implementation to ensure projects achieve time, scope, budget, quality and customer satisfaction requirements.

The Associate Design Engineer's main function is to provide presales support by acting as a technical consultant to the sale force generating functional system descriptions block flow diagrams and equipment lists to enable generation of customer proposals. A Design Engineer is also leveraged by the post sales team for project engineering and or on gong project consultation.
